- Mentoring program
In practice it is organized in the way that each student is assigned a mentor who is a well trained, experienced role model. He meets with the student at least twice a month throughout the school year, to provide personal guidance. In one to one sessions each mentor helps the student to develop his personal plan, mature as a person and assimilate all aspects of character education program: practice of virtues, intellectual and study goals, spiritual issues and any other problem which the pupil currently faces. Parents have the opportunity to meet with the mentor at least twice a year and discuss all relevant issues for the benefit of their child.
